3. Account Registration and Security

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination

5. AI Credits and Usage Limits

AI credits are used to power the AI features of our platform. Each subscription plan includes a specific allocation of AI credits per month:

Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

6. User Content and Ownership

10. Data Privacy and Security

Pro and Enterprise users may connect custom domains to their applications. You are responsible for:

Owning or having rights to use the domain
Properly configuring DNS settings
Maintaining domain registration and renewal
Ensuring domain usage complies with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to disconnect domains that violate our policies or applicable laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
Results obtained from using our platform

You use our services at your own risk. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICODE PTY LTD (TRADING AS APPACA.AI) AND GPTAPP.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data loss
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Actions or content of third parties
AI-generated content accuracy or results

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licode Pty Ltd (trading as appaca.ai), gptapp.dev, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of our services
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Applications or tools you create and deploy

15. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms or our policies
Your account has been inactive for an extended period
Payment obligations are not met
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.

16. Beta Features

We may offer beta or experimental features that are still in development. These features are provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees. Beta features may be modified, discontinued, or have bugs. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.
